I went to Lebanon TN yesterday and watched the Vetaran's Parade. The weather was great. And so was the parade. I found it refreshing to see so many people (young and old) honoring our Veterans. This is a photo of my Grandaughter, Kriss, she is a member of the Navy ROTC here in Lebanon, The other Branches of ROTC were represented also. Thank God there are some young people who see the value in what our Veterans have given for us and want to show them the respect they truely deserve.
When Ross turned 18, what a day! I baked him this cake, the main photo was taken by Ross' Uncle Mike (Hacker) 15yrs ago. The additions to the photo were made by his Aunt Sherry (Hacker). In case the cake is not real clear, I'll tell you what it says.
My nephew was married this past weekend. I was honored when I was asked to make the cake. I have never made a tiered cake and I am not sure I ever will again. It really tasted good and the bride and groom were happy with it and that is all that counts.
Here are a couple aprons I have made. I will be selling aprons like these in the months to come. So if you have any comments or criticisms let me know.
If you have an interest in getting an apron, just let me know. These have been given as gifts, but as I make more I will post them.
